A good thought: Caduceus has extremely expressive ears and Caleb enjoys watching them while he reads because he can tell exactly how Caduceus feels about what he’s reading, if they’re down in his usual ‘relaxed and pleased’ position or perked up with interest/excitement or twitching with suspense or drooping sadly…Caleb watches for when his ears are flattened back slightly in their ‘frustrated or stressed’ position because that often means he’s having trouble reading something and Caleb can step in to help him.

If the DM isn’t exhausted what are they?

Enjoying themselves because dnd is supposed to be a game and hobby for them as well. DMing is a lot of extra work but its meant to be satisfying and fun. I get this is a haha funny joke post and all but like. I feel like i see a lot of stuff lately about players trying to break the game and intentionally ruin DM plans, and like, the game isnt meant to be Player vs DM. Its a game of coordination where everyones supposed to have fun, and if DMing is just exhausting every time you play you probably need a break.

A Nobel Prize-winning American scientist who co-discovered DNA has been stripped of his honorary titles at the laboratory he once led after repeating racist comments in a documentary. 

Watson had previously told Britain’s Sunday Times newspaper in 2007 that he was “inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa” because “all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours, whereas all the testing says not really.”

The scientist added that while he hoped everyone was equal, “people who have to deal with black employees find this is not true.”

Good.  Why do people like this still exist?  A better question-when will they go extinct?
